Knowing that we had an interest in a corner lot Patrick suggested that we drive by 13 Sunnyside Court as the price had just been reduced. The next day we were in front of architect Chris Halliday from Patrick's team to gain ideas on what could be built. On day 3 we met with builder Scott Halliday to determine what it would cost to build. On day four we were under contract and moving forward with the plans!

Patrick orchestrated the process and allowed us to quickly gain the information we needed to secure a great opportunity. He is sharp and professional. He will work hard for you and see it through to the end. He's a great guy with a great family!

A few years ago I met Ione Talese (Artisan Soap Shop, Asbury Avenue). She gave me Patrick Halliday's business card. When I told her my family's story, she said that Patrick would be THE realtor to help us buy a home in Ocean City. Ione was correct.

My husband and I grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs, always spending a summer vacation here in Ocean City. For 36 years, our parents, then we, rented from a lovely family. Knowing that this could not continue indefinitely, we decided to contact Patrick. Patrick even came by the house we rented, since we'd told him that we had been spoiled by this home's features and location. Patrick needed to know our particular requirements!

As a realtor, Patrick was attentive to our personal needs (specific, please don't be pushy). As to his follow through, Patrick has become a friend and trusted support.
